Permission is granted to duplicate contacts BlackBerry and other problems with address book
BlackBerry definite plus in the fact that these devices are able to sync your contacts with Google and others. However, it often happens that the original users have set up synchronization, and on Google's servers in the address book BlackBerry having duplicate contacts, that fuse to the device after the synchronization settings — familiar, right?
You can handle this.
- To begin, make a backup copy of your data using Desktop Manager
- Click on your device in the section Contacts> Menu> Options (Address Book, click the Menu button and select Options)
- Hold down the Shift key (aA), type RSET
- An affirmative answer to the request
- The entire address book of contacts to be cleaned BlackBerry
- If the device is configured to BlackBerry sync contacts, they are loaded again from the server
Convenient, is not it? Also some problems with the address book can be solved by means of reorganization of address book: Click on your device in the Contacts section (Address Book), and hold down the Alt key, type RBL D. And yet, the same can be done and the calendar!
